Dental Opportunity to be the primary dentist in true "Family practice" environment.

This small town, "Fee for Service" dental office has been a pillar of the community for over 70 years. As a solo practitioner I am looking for someone to take over the majority of the patient care needs. The office is equipped to complete most procedures in office. I can provide any mentoring you might need to gain confidence in implant placement and restorations as well as esthetic and full mouth restorative cases.

Over the first 6 months I can be as active or hands off as you need to help you build the relationships with the team and patients as well as gain the confidence to complete the procedures that you find rewarding. I can also help guide any continued development you want to achieve to become the dentist you always visualized.

The reimbursement for this job is negotiable and competitive with a base component and commission component. With majority of work being fee for service, Doctor reimbursement is dramatically higher per procedure than what you get with working for chains.

The right person for this job is someone that is driven to be productive and excited to learn and grow as a dentist. If you value having autonomy to focus on your growth as a practitioner while having the option to utilize mentoring if needed, this could be a good fit. A few years of experience will be prioritized but not a must.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
